Available for mobile vessels

Truelev Mobile is the version of our Truelev designed for mobile vessels. When removing the drive unit to prepare the vessel to be moved inside or between plants, the built-in bumpers will safely lock on to the MixHead and will prevent the equipment from being harmed during transport.

Easy installation

Four steps to low-shear mixing 

1. Cut a hole in the vessel

To install Truelev, a hole is cut in the vessel. An off-center placement of the hole allows for more efficient mixing.

2. Tank plate welding

The Tank Plate is welded to the vessel, becoming an integral part of the tank. This creates a fully hermetic and aseptic environment. As an option, the tank plate can also be mounted as a flanged Tank Plate.

3. Drive unit mounting

The drive unit is securely installed and fastened with screws. The control unit is connected via a cable.

4. Mix Head installation

The Mix Head is installed using specialized mounting tools.

The Truelev technology

The Truelev Technology is the most advanced mixing technology available perfect for shear-sensitive applications such as mixing proteins minimizing the potential for shear damage.

By removing the mechanical friction of bearings and replacing it with a Mix Head free-floating on an active electromagnetic bearing, the technology has eliminated the risk of components potentially damaging the solution. This also enables maintenance-free mixing with a very low risk of breakage or wear.
